At the highly-anticipated “Toonami on the Green” panel during San Diego Comic Con 2023, Adult Swim left fans buzzing with excitement as they released an adrenaline-pumping trailer for their upcoming action thriller anime series, “Ninja Kamui.” Set to premiere on Toonami in 2024, this anime promises to deliver an enthralling saga of vengeance and ninja warfare.

Directed by the talented Sunghoo Park, known for his work on “Jujutsu Kaisen” season one and “The God of High School,” “Ninja Kamui” brings together a powerhouse team. Sola Entertainment takes charge of the series’ production, while E&H Production handles the animation. Noted artist Takeshi Okazaki, the mastermind behind “Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia,” lends his artistic flair to design captivating characters. Additionally, Yann Le Gall, celebrated for works like “Fairy Gone” and “Cannon Busters,” serves as the series’ art director.

The newly unveiled trailer offers an enticing glimpse into the thrilling world of “Ninja Kamui.” Protagonist Joe Higan, a former ninja seeking refuge in America with his family, finds his life shattered by a vengeful team of assassins. Rising from the ashes as the formidable Ninja Kamui, he embarks on a quest for justice, vowing to take down the very clan that betrayed him.
